Refund policy

• You may return or exchange Prescription and Plano-prescription eyeglasses within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, untested and in the original packaging. 
• Items must be returned to us the same way we sent them to you, which are in the same condition and with all original contents. If we receive returned items in a condition that doesn't meet our return requirements, we will decline the return.
• Clearance sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
• Sunglasses can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
• The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable and a $15.00 restocking fee will be removed from your refund. 
• Return or exchange items must be sent back within 7 days of your return label provided.
